Published in on January 10th, 2023. Written by Kai Wong.

Graduating with an honors degree in Physiotherapy from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2001, Fiona has since practiced in government hospital, old-age home, and most of her time in private practice. Intrigued by some complicated cases, she continued to expand her knowledge and completed her Master degree of Manipulation Physiotherapy in 2005 and postgraduate diploma of Sports Medicine & Health Science in 2008.

Fiona sees prevention as important as treatment and therapy and this led her to take the training course on DMA Clinical Pilates so that she could provide clients with deeper muscle training exercises, re-establish correct movement patterns and facilitate muscle coordination during rehabilitation.

Combining Western and Eastern points of view, Fiona utilizes manual therapies (soft tissue / myofascial release & manipulation), modern vacuum cuppings, Chinese acupuncture, therapeutic exercises, education and clinical pilates to help clients to restore optimal movement and lead a better quality of life.

Fiona enjoys dancing, hiking, travelling and taichi in her spare time.
