Victor Ngo
Victor graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University in 2012. He went on to complete his Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, Australia in 2016. Throughout his career, he has accumulated a wealth of experience ranging from acute hospital care, post-stroke rehab, community aged-care facilities, to in private clinics dealing with various acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders.
Victor adopts a very hands-on approach with his assessments and treatments which he couples with specific exercises to promote optimal movement patterns. He has a keen interest in helping his clients manage various shoulder conditions as well as ongoing neck and back pain.
Victor’s passion involves helping his clients recover from their injuries and to promote a more pro-active approach to their management program. He emphasizes the importance of using preventative exercises as he has personally sustained various sporting injuries that required extensive rehabilitation.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and exploring different parts of the world. For fitness, he enjoys paddling, playing ultimate frisbee, and the occasional run along the seawall.
